Martin Buck

With over 35 years of UK and international experience, Martin provides strategic advice to major project organisations worldwide. He has been advising clients including the Houses of Parliament Renovation programme, East-West Railway, New Hospitals Programme, and Highways England.

As Crossrail's Commercial Director, Martin structured funding for the £16Bn project, incorporating innovative value capture mechanisms. He procured £10bn+ in contracts and established the Crossrail Learning Legacy, later adopted into the IPA's Route Map guidance.

Martin led HM Treasury's Project 13, creating an 'enterprise approach' blueprint for infrastructure delivery. His experience spans landmark projects including the DLR Lewisham Extension PFI and High Speed 1..

A founder member of HM Treasury Task Force and Partnerships UK board member, Martin championed PFI/PPP initiatives. He now serves on the ICE's Assurance Group for programmes like HS2 and conducts reviews for various public authorities. He is a fellow of both the ICE and RICS.

Mike Gerrard

Mike is a Senior Adviser within Agilia. He has 30 years of financial and management experience in global infrastructure investment. He has held a number of senior positions, including as an assistant director of Morgan Grenfell plc, a director of HM Treasury Taskforce, and deputy CEO and later CEO of Partnerships UK plc.

Mike has a breadth of experience across a range of economic and social infrastructure sectors and has been involved in some of the largest infrastructure projects in the UK, including as Managing Director of Thames Tideway Tunnel. He is currently chairman of the infrastructure investment company, INPP Limited

Roy Hill

Roy has an exceptional track record, having delivered large-scale,large-scale, complex infrastructure programs and projects alongside leading high-performing teams in both the public and private sectors worldwide.

Roy’s career spans more than 40 years in complex infrastructure delivery, working on mega infrastructure projects including Thames Tideway, California High-Speed Rail, Crossrail, and HS2. He has also spearheaded major consultancy organisations in Europe, the USA, and the Middle East.
