Sarah Phillips

Sarah joined Agilia in March 2025. Sarah is an experienced project finance professional, with experience primarily working across the infrastructure and energy sectors.

Sarah began her career in the Bank of England as a research assistant, before joining the National Treasury Management Agency in Ireland, where she gained experience working within the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund and the National Development Finance Agency, working across Education, Energy Efficiency and Social Housing projects.

Sarah holds a BSc in Finance from Queen's University Belfast.
