Lauren McPhee

Lauren joined Agilia in June 2025 as our Operations Manager. Prior to joining Agilia, Lauren worked primarily in the IT and Creative industries, acquiring diverse experience in business operations, office management, facilities, HR and IT management.

Lauren supports day-to-day activities as well as operational growth and efficiency.

She holds a BA in English and Film from Edinburgh Napier University and an MA in Contemporary Literature, Culture and Theory from Kings College London.
